What we collect
When you submit a request, we collect what you type in the form, plus the page you were on and how you found the site (for example the referring site or ad campaign). If you call or text our number, our phone provider records the number you called from and the time of the call. It also keeps any voicemail or text you send, including photos.
Who we share it with
We share your request with one independent HVAC company serving your area so they can contact you about it. The local company we refer you to may pay us for our referral service. Otherwise we share your information only with the service providers that run this website, our phone line and our email, or when the law requires it.
Calls
Calls to our number are forwarded to the HVAC company. Calls are not recorded unless you leave a voicemail. If that changes, you will hear a notice at the start of the call before any recording begins.
Cookies and analytics
We may use Google Analytics (GA4) to see how the site is used, such as pages viewed, clicks on the phone number and form submissions. Google Analytics sets cookies and receives your IP address and device information; you can block it in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on (tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout). We don't run advertising trackers. The form remembers your ZIP code in your browser for the visit only.
California residents
You can ask what personal information we hold about you and ask us to delete it. The local company we refer you to may pay us for our referral service. Otherwise we share your information only with the service providers that run this website, our phone line and our email, or when the law requires it.

To have your information deleted, contact us at (209) 646-1163. To stop texts from the HVAC company, reply STOP to them.
